How bad is attrition on your team? I've heard we are losing some people but I'm not seeing it. Nobody I know has left unless they were forced out.

Working in GOM is a nest of favoritism and nepotism. I probably will not stand a chance of getting a job in R4 cause I am not related to anyone in the business unit. It is not fair to know that families keep jobs instead of experienced employees. Wishing my self good luck in R4.
How bad is the attrition? It’s not good, the average attrition (to put it nicely) will be about 30% in most workgroups in all business units. Why aren’t you seeing it right now? Several reasons, mainly being there hasn’t been any formal announcements made yet as to who will fill open positions and who will be left standing. Second of all, another reason you may hear nothing at all from a colleague is because they are embarrassed or too hurt to tell anyone they are being laid off. Some people in this position say nothing and just disappear one day. That’s their own way of wanting to handle it. But rest assured, Round 4 will be brutal for many folks.
If you are colleague in a low cost geography, it’s time to leave. Don’t believe the lies. Believe your eyes.
As of last year average employee stayed with the company for 11 years, that will shrink in the next few years as benefits and promotions will be on hold and older folks have already retired.
“Stabilization” in 2021 is going to s— a$$.
I’ll admit, I am feeling it now. Yesterday I had my Daily morning phone call with my boss and then I did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day.
I am feeling no motivation to do anything now.
I’m usually a productive guy but between COVID-19, knowing my position is being eliminated and renew I just don’t feel like doing anything except looking at external jobs and sprucing up my resume. I don’t even like looking at internal job, just external.
35% reduction as opposed to 15% announced target - now ppl just gonna quit to stick it to the man
Give it a year....many people will leave when overall economy is better.
