I like what i do
Yet i am not great with puzzles so i dont think i did great on the assessment test and think i am going to get canned.

My opinion- we are only numbers. Performance has zero to do with it, regardless if they admit it.
when they went to their DOC system and laid off field adjuster, most of them were the ones who were older and more experienced. My office laid of a field adjuster who had won 3 dpa's in the last 5 years.
