They will spare no expense to purge documents of blacklist/whitelist - while innovation suffers and sales slumps

Look, I dont totally agree with Chuck. Heaven knows our lack of a clear strategy as a company is one example. And I do question certain decisions the ELT has made and think there are places they have missed the mark, its obvious. But that being said - I believe Chuck has shown good leadership in a very tough time and I do believe wants to treat people right. And I have no doubt who he is supporting in the election, and if it is who it does appear to be, I say way to go. Sorry, if anyone doesn't like it, too bad. Times are tough and it is what it is. The grass is not greener. As imperfect as Cisco is in a currently tough and imperfect world, I say be an adult and deal with it.

about a week ago, on one of the corporate updates, one of the speakers (a young millennial lady) actually referred to everyone listening a comrades. Most likely a Berkeley grad with no real skills.
I hate to admit but I agree. Cisco has lost it's ability to lead the industry, to innovate, or execute. The ELT is distracted by everything except innovation and holding leaders accountable to execute a vision. I am gone on October 5. I have a lot of gratitude for the people i have worked with, the growth I have experienced, and will work for a competitor and kick some a–.
