The grass is greener on the other side! I know!! You often don't know how bad things are and how much they affect you until you leave it....there are lots of other opportunities out there. Mondelez is a horrible company to work for in my opinion. Management is pathetic and yep, its only going to get worse. Mental health is important, take care of yourself.
You are DEFINITELY CORRECT ! Mondelez is committed to DSD, but some of the grocery chains are not.
To list a few , Wal-Mart, Kroger and Target stores. Maybe more chains that I am not familiar with on the East coast also. Mondelez cannot make these chains keep DSD.
Why do you think they are writing their own orders ??? For their health. Get a brain. It takes a long time to turn a big ship around.
