No truth to that whatsoever, please stop spreading rumors.
No offer this year, but almost certainly next year.

@3qzo+174Jupud Do you ever get tired of being wrong Nostradumass?
Is this package for wireless? Like the massive VSP they offered in 2018? We need another one of those. So amazing all that money!
Splice Service Tech
Hope so. Make 20 years in November. 57. Let me go quietly. Haha
"What is NE SST. OPT ????? @fygp
Im guessin' NE (northeast) SST (Special Services Technician) OPT (outside plant technician) though I'm more familiar with Outside Field Tech, never personally hearing it called OPT in my region.
What is NE SST. OPT ?????
Told today. NE SSTs and OPTs, offer in November off property Dec.
Ignore the noise. It's coming soon and will be huge.
Its kinda of funny because I looked down and my seat is stained with all the food I've dropped, the passenger side floorboard is filled with empty take out bags and garbage, my joints are stiff from sitting all day. We don't have a purpose any more, give me an offer before this place k–ls me of obesity and bordem.
‘Please stop spreading rumors’? Isn’t that what this site is for?
so sad. no free money.
2023 is the end of the line? So for 3 more years our employment is guaranteed but they could get rid of the likes of you at any minute.
Actually, the contract will be extended yet again before 2023 comes anyway.
You feel better now young-blood, now that you've got the evening's cheap shot at the union working person out of your system? Sleep well.
My experience is that the retired union workers who are unfulfilled in retirement and seek further employment have been more successful than their non-union counterparts in finding that employment. But, no surprise, as the productive world needs more doers than people that tell other people what to do.
2023 is the end of the line. You have until then to make your self employable which is nearly impossible if you are career union.
@2xwk+174Jupud: That’s what my group heard also. Offer for SET’s in Philadelphia and Eastern Area, but not Special EISP so there’s little interest.
We were asked in Pennsylvania Philly metro area who was interested. SETS only, 2 per supervisor standard eisp not enhanced
No many interested yet
That’s funny, I’m a switch man in pa and our director told us we will not be getting an offer this year.
There will be an offer for Switching Equipment Techs and C.O. Techs in Pa. this year.
If not the Special EISP the talk is there won’t be many that take it.
Package seems to come every 3 years so that makes sense to me.
Home garaging till the end of the year, so I was told the other day. As for any packages, nothing being said up North, but you can always dream.
Isn’t this a rumor?
