Do any of you realize that Fidelity holds your money and still would even if T were bankrupt?
Once it's at Fidelity, it's yours...
I moved all of my money out after I was surplussed into other retirements accounts.

Unless your not allowed later as it goes under...
Withdrawing from traditional 401K - prior to retirement age - triggers income taxes.
Unless you are doing so to eat or provide shelter or to avoid bankruptcy, it is a very stupid move.
