Seems like significant talent has left and is leaving for New Jersey to follow a real leader who now has a ceo role at conduent. People follow real leaders. Meanwhile fiserv continues to bleed top talent. Last one leaving please turn off the lights

Hope your not including Hodgins in that “Top Talent” reference because he is a hack that cost a lot of people their jobs at OFS - mainly by stabbing them in the back.

Agree - Conduent, Computer Sciences Corp now DXC Technologies and all those India places like WiPro and Tate — in the IT field working for them is slave trade. Leaving Fiserv is just a change of paycheck and all the stress remains. But we should also return to real layoff numbers here.
Good luck to those who have all followed Cliff to his last 5 companies. My bet Conduent out of Biz in less than 12 months. Losing money and a mountain of debt. Market Cap under $500M. Certainly will have to sell off any attractive business they do have. All that will remain are money losing old economy call center outsourcing businesses. Nice trade, anyone but Cliff’s cronies going there should have their head examined.
