@1hjz, agreed. I think people are waiting for a MVO or surplus, and if it doesn't come by 1st week Dec '20, you'll see a lot of people suddenly retire with no package, just to bail from this cesspool disguised as a toilet. More p–p references.
You only have yourself to thank.
I would agree with the last statement because after over 3 decades with T, the decline did start in late 2018 and has not improved since! There is so much back stabbing and ill will between management and occupational that I believe their primary goal to just get people so disgusted with the whole scenario that they just leave on their own accord minus a severance package!
I'm sure like most all of us who have over 20 years, it didn't start off a waste, it was awesome, but in the last few recent years, it became that way. And not because of you or me, but directly due to the bad decisions made at the top, and all that rolled downhill have a sewage plant disaster
See ya nerd. Good riddance
yep att is a waste of ones life.
whats the problem? do nothing, get paid. heck this place has no idea what anyone is doing and hasn't for decades. take the free cash, do whatever you want all day, hand in subpar work, nothing will happen here. so stop complaining. if you wanted to work somewhere that had something going on like amazon, microsoft, apple, well you probably didnt and don't have the skills. you are right where you belong
Unless you worked for free it can't be a waste of time.
me too. @hfi. Short. Fun and Profit.

If you wasted your life it definitely isn't AT&T's fault - take responsibility for your choices.
You can still get great pay and benefits, and also have your time wasted, and your skills trashed if you didn't keep them up independently. This is a common scenario all over the world, not just isolated to AT&T
You are an agent provocateur,
and The Science Behind Why Nice People always Finish Last, I Had 28 years with the company and many just like me made out like a bandit in between = these corporate walls, and used the toxic environment to my advantage..
How did it waste your life? You had a good paying job, with benefits, for 20 years. Seems you may need to get some psychological help.
Hmm. 25 +years here. I made me a lot of money. I'm at peace with it.
In 2007 I predicted today's outcome.
& still Milking the cow dry.
