Pffff.

Due to the lack of upkeep in most of their buildings ( especially Central Offices ) they can easily claim that employees need not worry about Covid because there is no way it would be able to overcome the mold that's already there :P

To my knowledge of talking with many people I know that work at other call centers, i.e. T Mobile, Expedia, Chase, Verizon, Apple, Amazon, etc.. Those companies have shown through all this that they CARE about their employee's health. They are putting their employee's first. AT&T on the other hand is making their employee's go into infested germ filled call centers. Their "covid assessment" is a joke that has to be done every day before shift. Employee's are lying on it and coming to work sick anyway. Managers are turning a blind eye to it. AT&T has shown just how much they care. No one should be forced in to have to go into a call center when AT&T has every resource to set their employee's up at home. They simply don't give a Sh– about anyone. I hope AT&T gets sued.

Just wait until we start seeing school districts being sued. Everyone up in arms about getting kids back in school, however mine are running their risk management at highest level, and slowly putting kids back in the class. Lots of learning on both sides with remote learning by the kids.

what about going to the grocery store, bank, post office, chatting with your neighbor, and all sorts of other common everyday interactions? I can hear how the lawyers will make money trashing your frivolous covid law suit. Lawyers still win, you still loose

No more dangerous than asking someone to commute to work. Good luck with the ‘lawsuits,’ people.

While I agree that some employers don't give a rat's @ss about their employees, like T, Covid is going to be the next huge bonanza for the trial lawyer scum bag ambulance chasers. Just wait for the ads to start to appear on TV every 2 minutes...

The trail lawyers are the only ones that will make big $ out of these lawsuits. The victims will receive a bottle of aspirin as a settlement.
