Let’s all play around with the EOI switch tomorrow. Back and forth, back and forth, let it rest, switch it back, ponder over the weekend. Mess up the HR data monkey stats.

Chevronite sheeple. Always so scared. Everyone should slide it to EOI for an hour starting at 10am tomorrow just to indicate their disgust with this year long multi million dollar clusterf–k. But instead, you’ll take a big bite of that sh!t sandwich management just handed you, smile, tell them it’s delicious, and then trip over yourselves in your rush to thank them for blessing you with their leadership during office hour.
In round three I was told stay away from that button because it you select it you can not unselect it. I guess they changed that in round 4 but be warned play games at your own risk. Choices may have consequences!
Flip it on the weekend and don’t pick up the phone. No one is supposed to bother you if you click EOI. You are free to consider it and then change your mind. They told us to not apply to jobs if we EOI because none of us is worthy of keeping no matter what, so they shouldn’t care if we flip the EOI switch.
I can confirm it is monitored...got a call just minutes after I turned it on.
It is monitored.
HR, Job Owners, and the PDR reps do look at it daily (or at least they did in R3). I was called the first day of when you could apply for jobs and asked why I did not apply yet and again a couple of days later - I ultimately applied on the last day.
nobody is tracking the EOI thing. HR is going to pull everyone's data next week. Nobody's looking at it day to day. have fun clicking that thing. Get RSI if you want. You're the only audience.
You are so over estimating the capability of the CTO tool. LOL
If your know that you want EOI just apply for the same admin assistant job in lieu of checking the EOI box. Imagine their shock when they see how popular that job is.
