Seems to have backfired with all the questionable actions adopted during this pandemic.. any better suggestions? And it just makes me.. sick..

The best was "Taking on the world's toughest energy challenges", later changed when it was realized that the easier energy challenges are way cheaper.

I would just get rid of anything related to culture and we are Exxonmobil and just focus on how to be a good human and leader, through 5-10 things like humility, listening, being transparent, being open, caring about your colleagues and direct reports, developing people, sharing and collaborating... these traits should be natural but they are anything but natural at Exxon. Everybody needs to show these traits with specific examples constantly and make it part of performance reviews.
