What was the qualifying criteria for somebody to volunteer for ER? What was the payoff for people who volunteered?

it's 80% of 9 months sallary at 100% commissions plus additional weeks for over 10 years service

Looks like the new ER is the old LR...

That is essentially in the same LR ballpark (not the earlier ER) package from 2017.

I can't remember how many months I received for my 2017 LR, but it was pretty good. Around the same number of months. Enough to take some good time off.

The next LR train is full. The one coming after that will be paying out only 1 month of benefits.

Three conditions a) 50 years +; b) 7 years in cisco. c) age + cisco experience >=62
9 months salary and medical. those who refuse are making big mistake. next LR train will catch them and give 2 months benefits
