No MVO in Legg org. He has stated this. HR was given an MVO two weeks ago.
Most likely not, same rules as for rest of the org. MVO"s likely in a few select organizations but Legg. Likely doesn't have " need" , if your work is redudant TechM or Accenture will come in and scoop up your role and you'll be shown the door. The days of MVO are now mostly behind us.
