Yeah add me to the list of people impacted by this because BCG and Chevron found a legal way to discriminate against experienced workers.

The inverse is also happening. A colleague's role was bumped up 2PSG with the only change in the description being "programming". So suddenly we're supposed to believe that all roles are now require programming?

They're not discriminating against experienced workers. Experienced workers = Higher PSG. This is an event to reduce cost. What did you think would happen? All the digital platform design teams had a cap they were playing with. Imagine a fantasy football auction draft. Instead of $200 to start your draft, you only get $120. What kind of players would you get for that price? You still have the same amount of work. So for the same roster, you just have to lower the PSGs for that price. All the people who were in 23-24 roles now see their roles in 21-22. They did not design this with any old dude in mind or any young person in mind. It is completely a cost cutting event.

I wonder if these games that skirt with legality will eventually fall apart via lawsu1!s. Based on my experience with the same issue it is shameful what they are doing. I used to respect this company and leadership. Not anymore.
