Let’s face facts most account SEs don’t know networking these days. They come from the program or competitors in other architectures.

I work with an SE who used to be a used car salesman before joining Cisco.
We hire SEs that don't know networking? Didn't know the bar got that low now - scary.
This is why market share is decreasing. Product quality doesn’t help either.
Fully agree on this one, R&S has to be focused on to penetrate well. Huge market for Cisco that should not be run-rate and ignored....
