I heard layoffs are around the corner and I am curious to see if a VSP will be offered and if so - what it will entail. I’ve been with the company for quite a few years, watched it slide down hill and I’m ready to get out. How many others are willing to take a package? If the package is not that good how many would still volunteer?

90% would take it, which is why it probably isn’t being offered.
The 10% represents those who love their jobs - the guys on top.
Well said, @vfc. IF (a big IF) it is an option then I would take it, of course.
@dnr, take a breather. It is just question the OP asked. Simple answer could have been: to my knowledge, voluntary layoff is not on the cards.
Nobody is offering a volunteer severance package, why do you mo–ns keep asking
