I’m so sick of these scripted All Claims Calls. I don’t need to you read to me something I can read for myself, TW, GS, EB and whoever the F else is speaking on these calls. Just because you’re reading a prepared script to us, does not mean you are being transparent. All I hear is the bullsh*t being spewed with only the company interests involved. You do not care for your people. And that is the reason you will fail.

Absolutely! I’m so glad all the people who were laid off were asked to be on the call- worthless. How about setting up some support groups and listening to peoples stories. Greed is the root of all evil. Layoff was a blessing for those that actually care about people. Customers need to run for their lives. Damn powers that be sitting in their millions pretending they care.
Yes I loved some of lines like the one about treating us with dignity and respect. Yes I really felt that as I was told at 9 months pregnant I was being let go as an exceeds employee and no reason as to why my employment is being terminated other than this transformative growth bs.
