The 100 million "donation" right before a large layoff is insensitive. Apparently the mods don't agree, but no valid reason to remove the post.

I’ve had a number of completely tame posts removed. It’s pretty stupid to run a site based on content attracting eyeballs and then deleting the contents die pi55ing off the eyeballs.
mod hate discussions about:
- politics
- race
- religion
- national/ethnic topics
- foul lang
- threats

Mods always remove political posts. You're not as special as you think

Paat Technology Cisco Disorder.
I demand justice.
Also "Cisco commits $100 million to broad social-justice pledge, including increasing Black workers and leadership" does not equal donation to any organization. At least get your facts straight.

the donation really shows Cisco is so guilty with their HR practice.
Every company should do the right thing to start - be fair and give promotions where it's deserved.
No more kiss up and buddy system. Invest the money from the start and they won't have this issue.
I thought the same. Very odd with layoffs.
