This is mostly to replace the 1.5k contractors that have been released in EMIT Houston. Believe it or not a lot of EMIT employees have more work than they can handle (not all).
@hwv if you’re up for the Brazillian salary curves, go for it. EMIT is moving many higher CL (26-29) positions out of higher cost locations so advancement in the US will be gone for most
They are in other countries because they are axing resources from US and replacing them with employees from your list.
