So the guy works really hard and always helps but for some reason out of the blue many of the managers and front end green shirts have started really picking on him. It's been reported but they all keep covering it up making him seem like the bad guy. What is the best way to handle the situation ? Calling home office did nothing but make it worse

Calling ethics works about as well as open door. It's just a place to vent. No more no less. All you're doing is putting a target on your back. Open door was the company's alternative to a union.
I am one of those people being mistreated and set up. It started with two cos being upset that they had to push carts because I was scheduled off early they began picking on me for every little thing they could find .. even tried to get me coached for something on a day I wasnt even there .. reported it and nothing done to them. Then a close coworker began spreading rumors that I and my white coworkers were all racists.. this was reported and the managers defended him. Then all of a sudden I'm getting random complaints from members that I'm being racist... coincidence? Fast forward a couple of weeks .. I had to leave early I got approval from a manager and followed instructions perfectly .. I left... they coached me the next day. My coworker who left earlier than I did "who happens to he black" was completely ignored.
What they do to people who work very hard for them is disgusting .. glad I've been recording all of the incidents with managers when they pull this c-ap
Walmart/Sam's Club is most definitely NOT the place to work for a long period of time. Especially if you worked there 10 to 20 years ago and still currently. If so, you were most likely one that received merit raises and made more money. Those as*es don't want you there any longer. They will do everything in their power to get rid of you ...by ordering you around like the gestapo, writing you up for no reasonable reason and hope to God you quit so they dont have to pay unemployment or severance....which I dont believe they do any longer.
And btw the club I work in only hires hispanic... which is fine except they really do discriminate against white and black. I am getting ready to give notice and hope others that are unhappy, do the same! There are so many good employers out there...but it's pretty obvious this isn't one of them.
It does absolutely no good to call the Ethics Hotline. This company should be ashamed of thinking they treat their employees right. I have a co-worker who is being set up to get coached and then fired. Such mean people we have in our club. Mgr. does nothing about it. I feel like I am working in an adult daycare.
Call Walmart ethic group and report it.
Black managers purposely hiring only black people I know this because one of the managers brag about it all the time in private and I find it disgusting but dont say anything because then they will turn on me

Is a lot of harassment in Sam’s club even tho you reported they don’t do anything about it!
Managers, team leads, Cos they all lie and cover each other butts.. he also can ask for an investigation... with the regional manager!
Have him document everything i mean every little conversation what people are saying what you hear his conversations with mgrs and if he gets terminated hire a lawyer his documentation will show the pattern of abuse, harassment that going on
The same thing happened in our club. The employee involved is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. This guy works two jobs to support his family. Two associates, along with one of the MSS' began to make his life miserable. There was no rhyme of reason for this either. These people are just mean, work place bullies. He took it all the way to the top, nothing got done. I would have fired all three of these cruel people. Respect for the individual is dead.
