Predictions on what the new health insurance benefits (copays, coverage, out of pocket, etc.) and employee portion of premiums will be when open enrollment starts? I'm preparing for a big jump in employee cost with a corresponding reduction in benefit. Don't worry too much though – some consultant the corp paid did a survey and says it will still be competitive.

ExxonMobil's current benefits in dental and medical are well above industry average. Plenty of room to cut unnecessary and luxury benefits here.

Gives me that night-crawler feeling through my family's bones.
Would that not be the most efficient and undiscoverable way of pinching pennies?
Guess we'd need a little time to take it all in - say around Christmas-time.
I use grubs myself - mushed up for the Sac-a-Laits.
