Not a deduction, it's an incentive for having worked a couple months (april/may)

A Business Continuity Plan is an important strategy all corporations should have in place BEFORE the bubonic plague hits. It is logistical and financial (ie is our data held in more than 1 place just in case...).
If we had one we should have been told it at least it existed before folks got furloughed/layed off. The term " Business Continuity Deduction " is really not a thing esp as applied to folks making 10$ an hour.-it just sounds official. The only deduction that should have happened was taking $9M out of the bonus of the gods.

How much are they taking? Is it a % flat rate? After or before being taxed?

I think it's for the time we did fulfillment when the store was shut to the public
