Exactly.
change is inevitable. if you do not like the current state T is going GTFO and quit.
If being called a racist every day because your white by another higher paid white racist, then they promote a person over you only because they are black..., if that's being "humble", then yeah, I hear humble all day long, not. This company is #1 for shooting itself in both feet, hands and head. Just look at how we are swirling down the tubes.
Haven't seen or heard any humility from the leadership of this company. Plenty of wokedness though. That and being browbeaten because I have light colored skin and therefore am a racist.
I have heard lots of humble bragging but thats it.
This is so Corporate and pathetic, all this diversity emphasis is because of recent events, it grates me when corporatations jump on the bandwagon to appear woke.
Look a company the size of T is bound to have a few racists and misogynists but no more than any other large organization, and probably less per user in the workforce vs. smaller organizatons.. No 1hr diversity session is going to undo the thoughts of a lifetime of racists hatred someone might have.
Anyways , management doesn't really give a sh– the only color they see is green, this is just something that the hr and pr depts have to do to appear busy.
"there are some that are blatant racists" - Really? Where? The problem is we have now entered into an environment where people want to say the "System" is racist because the outcome is not what we want. So saying we think people should be hired based on skill and experience is in itself racist because that produces an outcome that is deemed unfair. Despite the fact that only the executive level is out of balance with the population.
there are some that are blatant racists but not all...root out evil.
Don't hear it when workers complain about doing work and wanting higher pay.
I think I heard Randall say it one time that he was humbled he was able to take over $500m in total Compensation
In the 20 years Iv'e worked in craft, I've never cared one time about the race of the person I was working with. I think Randy and Stankey are projecting.
Never?
Most calls and videos now are about how racist we are.
