Yet they added 2.50 hours a week away from them (130 hours a year) so they can be in line with “industry standard”.
They are always a follower, never a leader.

Anthem database is an interesting choice:

Speaking of well-being...BNYM changed the health insurance options this year to a c-ap single provider. None of my doctors are in the Anthem database. So, I guess all my medical bills will be out of network then. This company s—s!
So 1999?!?
I don’t know anyone in banking who wasn’t doing a 3,000 hour year in 1999.
Any recommendations for us?
What this company doesn’t take in to consideration how much MOST have already worked the 40+ hours a week. I never take a lunch. Neither do my co-workers. As a result of the mandated 2.5 more hours, I’m still going to log off at my usual time and continue status quo. I’ll count the 40 + I’ve already been working and not change my end time.
35hrs is so 1999...you can always opt for fewer hrs at mcds...be grateful...if not quit
They always find a way to screw us over.
