THIRDY THREE DAYS TO SETTLE A T/L

Really? Why does it take thirty three days to settle a total loss? Before all of the efficiency, we settled a total loss in less then a week. Why does someone must wait thirty three days to settle?

My job as a Field Appraiser position had just about been eliminated before Covid. As I was only getting total losses and severe hits. Everything getting handled virtually. Now I'm not allowed to go on the road at all even though I was hardly ever making physical contact with customers, Ridiculous. Total losses are being handled virtually but taking 2-3 weeks by the time the car is moved and photos taken and then having it assigned. This is horrible customer service but they don't care.

That’s what happens when Allstate decides to go all virtual with their auto field inspections. Body Shops, Tow Yard and customers are refusing to use the virtual assist app and not get paid for their time and effort.

Transformative t/loss settlement initiative, always thinking a ways to help the customer and micromanage the employees. GS and TW are so creative.
