Any theory why the goals have been moved up twice?

My guess is they will use those to see who they can make due without.
If you are consistently (2,max 3 ,in a row) in block 1/2 then you are in the wrong group or company.
Fix your resume and move along. At best you are stagnant. Take a new role in honeywell or another company. You don’t get paid more to do the same job.
Staying in place allows honeywell to benefit from your growth without compensation.
Here's the problem with high performers...they set their manager's expectations so high, that the management expects that level of performance always. So you never get a break when slacking off a little. Then you get counted on constantly to bail everyone else out or rescue a failing project. Lower your performance guys to the level you are being paid!
They don't need any reasons or excuses to deny raises. I have been a 1 or 2 block for the last 7 years and I have never been promoted had my raises clawed back at least 2 years and furloughs etc. I am proof that even if you perform well it doesn't matter. Seems based on my feedback my gain is too high. I need to retune my control parameters.
My manager has let slip “we are lucky to have a job” several times in staff meetings.
Honeywell is lucky to have wage slaves to fill their corporate champagne glasses. ( by slaves I mean the underpaid engineers in India that honeywell exploits)
Goals changed just a game of how much bonus one is allowed to have. For the bottom feeders like us is going to be a big Zero and “lucky you still have a job”
I am so glad that I don't have to deal with that BS anymore. (Voluntary layoff in May) Good luck you guys, I feel for you!
That sounds right. Goals are completely useless for current environment so likely a play to get it over with and allow hr to focus on footprint and staff reduction.
Fudge goals for what?? But think they trying get people put into the L blocks by end of the year so can get rid of them or no raises too?
