How many times does it take for a manager, who is constantly being investigated by ethics, before the company actually fires them?

Hickory Managers are so rude and talk about the associates like a piece of garbage. One female manager in particular is such a witch. Nothing never gets done about the situation.
Ethics is a joke the managers know it.
wow !!! Probably did nothing wrong !! ?? ALL MANAGERS DO UNETHICAL THINGS !!!!... Granted some managers do their best to not do unethical things but sooner or later SOMETHING they do will be unethical even if most see it as the right thing to have done. But that is a very few, Most managers , after having been a manager for some time , lie to and cheat the workers without a flinch or pang of guilt. You are either naïve if you do not believe that or you are a manager reacting in self defense ....
Probable did nothing wrong. Spoiled associates trying to get him fired is the way I see it.
