I know some of the managers are working so hard but some are just taking there sweet time and hanging out in the office with there favorite associate vaping or playing on there phone. We are not blind and we are not stupid. get your a– out at the door and work.

I am a Merchandiser Team lead and my merchandiser manager sits in the office and eats snacks all day. It can be annoying but I appreciate it because they arent breathing down our neck.
If managers get 6 weeks vacation and some get 8, well that explains why our managers are gone all the time. With 6 weeks on the books, one can take a vacation every 8 weeks. With 8 weeks, it is every 6 1/2 weeks. And when they take turns, you can be without at least one manager all the time.
You're better off when the manages hang out in the office.

And it’s reasons like this why I believe there will be downsizing in management sooner rather than later. Home Office can definitely see the total waste of time, money, and productivity that goes on in every club. Some more than others. Team leads opening and closing the building has to be a part of some strategy from HO to give them more responsibility in preparation of cutting managers

When the leads started opening and closing the clubs the managers became worthless show up late leave early take a vacation once a month then hide in the office what time they are in the club.
