This week, Oracle Spain just expanded their 2020 layoffs to more than 200. We are in a continuous state of layoffs. What is Oracle's end goal? Oracle is willing to invest in TikTok but not in its employees.

LE is always willing to acquire small companies that sound good to the outside world that doesn't really know how the company works. He has no interest in the employees of Oracle. Taking time to do something to improve things within the company takes real work.
LE is a poser, like DJT. He's just the front man and doesn't know what real work actually is. He acquires companies for the press, not because he intends to actually do anything real with the tech he is acquiring. He makes deals with companies for the same reason, the press, nothing else. Nothing is ever actually done to really integrate anything.
HGBU was affected, senior (very senior) employees were told yesterday
which LOB are affected ?
Well - join the club. Though at least you guys probably get, like 5 years in severance... LOL
Here's a thought. Rather than laughing-out-loud at other countries for having labour laws which succesfully act as deterrants so that big companies don't treat their employees like garbage and toss them to the street at any time for any reason, perhaps fight so that the laws in your own country improve?
Or just keep LOLing...
No need to be cruel.
