Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

INTC.com Managment

Anyone visited INTC.com lately and looked up exec mgmt, corp VPs, appointed VPs, sr Fellows, and Fellows? Only exec mgmt is now visible. All others disappeared. Any idea why? If cynical, could this be something ominous? Like culling of the upper mgmt herd?

If you're actually cynical you would have said that the ordinary serfs always gets culled before any upper crust

"Intel is much better, richer company than any of these companies"

Uh last time I checked this was 2020, not 1997. Andy Grove isn't "Man of the Year" on Time Magazine. He's dead. Has been for more than 4 years now. Funny thing is, that was also the last time Intel held a tech process lead. 10nm was supposed to go into mass production in 2016. It's still not shipping in any meaningful quantities. Meanwhile, Apple has already shipped SoCs en masse on TSMC's 5nm process with their new iDevices.

I just checked Amd, nvidia and Xilinx layoff.com postings. Hardly any messages. Really. This is just one additional proof that Intel’s biggest problem is it’s lame a– management team.

Intel is much better, richer company than any of these companies but Intel employees have been suffering under Intel’s management, unnecessary cost cutting efforts since bozo the clown BK and now Bob and the loser management team. They really ruined the morale and energy of the company. They made us a laughing stock while they increased their salaries and titles.

The VPs in finance were promoted to Corporate VP. The BU leaders are now EVPs. Only a few years ago the same people were VPs under much better management. Kirk S. Was an SVP. His successor is an EVP. The business hasn’t changed. They kept promoting themselves and increasing their compensation while reducing employee salaries, bonuses and benefits.

The whole management team and the board need to be fired,

No, there are simply too many VPs to list publicly and not generate many questions from the investment community.
