Noble’s core IT backbone is not the same as Chevron’s footprint. Will take years and millions to figure out the conversion.
The vast majority of Ops and related front line personnel will be staying. Doing the math, that means the integration team did their job and cut the majority of the overhead and overlap.
As ex-Noble, I have to agree with @lzj- Noble is heavily dominated by
Corp overhead functions (finance, law, HR, IT, planning) which should all be redundant. Plus they are very top-heavy with the useless Managers who remain. However if Noble higher-ups can manage to have it done the Noble way, the rank and file will take the brunt of the hit. At Noble a 25% cut would hardly affect any of the aforementioned Corp. Management dead wood.
Go away TROLL, no one cares what you are pandering.
Why are you yelling?
WOW, only 75%...I used to work for NBL and they are worthless....
I’ll be annoyed if a Noble person takes my job...
That’s not bad considering Corp (finance, law, HR, IT, planning) and management functions are nearly 100% redundant.
