@3xuw You are an id–t. Everyone sees what you are doing - trying to associate higher pay with racism. Why don't you do some useful work for Intel instead of playing games on social media.

Intel is doomed. Nobody wants the CEO job even Bob didn't want it

If you don't like Bob then too freakin' bad because nobody else would take the job

Stock is falling not because of any CEO leadership. BS is an extremely great boss trying to safe the ship from sinking by every means.

  1. Intel ship is full of incompetent work force (especially brownies or h1b's ) full of cheap politics, kissers, everything is god than performance. Their skill level is B.
  2. Intel can operate at 60k work force having only high performers and multi taskers with increasing pay and bonus. you will see you can attract and retain high performers. look at the work force of the competitors.
  3. Intel acquisition McAfee, Altera, Wind River, Nervana, Mobile Eye, etc for millions and billions of $. What is the worth? Could have instead acquired Xilinx or Avago or Qual Comm? Hit and trial will not work in todays competition.
  4. Instead of small M&A, have A class candidates in RnD Oregon. Pay them high you will attract them from big schools.

Knew someone who had disciplinary issues who ended up at Nvidia before the stock breakout. Guess he's in a better place than all the hardworking Intel employees with their stock. What's the moral of the story?

BK and Murthy broken the company. Swan is probably doing the best he can (whether he's the right person is another matter), and the CEO search failed because no one wanted the job, so Bob did the face saving move and took the job (with a big pay raise).

I don't feel this is BS's fault. The problems caused by BK will take years to fix.

"Path to 300" achieved. Oh wait, that was Nvidia, whose market cap is now 323B. Intel is now at 181B. So during Bob's tenure as CEO, Nvidia grew to almost 2x the worth of Intel. Good job Bob.

I have friends at Nvidia who are basically retiring in their early 40s because they joined NVDA 5 years ago (stock price then in the 20s, now $523). Bob Swan's total comp for 2019 was 66.9M. Jensen Huang's total comp for 2019 was 13.6M.

Bob Swan worth it? You decide.

Stock price represent WS view of the future, any questions why nobody is bullish?

Process leadership is lost a total FUBAR with no recovery as to even catch up takes a big change and not happening as leadership there is broken.

Design and product is now stuck with inferior process. For years they had bad designs that hid behind better process but now the tide has pulled back due to PTD failure and now inferior design on inferior process and poor yield to boot.

AMD and Nvidia all riding superior and mor agile management and superior culture and design on more advanced TSMC process.

Despair time unless you are senior grade making enough money not to care

Give me a break. I've worked at Intel for 23 years and except for quick sale stock participation the stock is worthless.

You do realize that many hard working employees who own this stock, they and their families are hurting due to this fall in the stock. While there might be some bad employees, there are also some good employees who work hard and give everything they have got to the company. They and their families are in pain because of this crash in the stock. So please stop enjoying this unfortunate event.

Investors use this to push changes for the management and company.

Now market cap is only $181B, seems like more pain is down the road.
