Has anyone else heard multiple key leaders in HR are being force retired and a HR transformation is on the way? Transformation always equals layoffs.

But did you notice .... all the losers in HR get promoted to SvP before they depart ?
Why ? Because they all the stuff that would result in huge law suits
Just the fact they HR promotes people to SVP before they leave or keeps id–ts like MD and Mag Duh Is proof that it’s a corrupt joke
HR is long overdue to clean job good to see it finally happening

They need to have the multiple key leaders who partner with them in IT go with them.
