The way managers cutting all these hours how can somebody take care of freezer cooler on a 4 hour schedule with 12 pallets that came in are you serious.

All these raises, making some front end spots FT and then there is the Club Pickup area, they have made some FT. This will most certainly impact every PT position. What is odd is the front end is still a sh.t show. Never enough help, people running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The merchandisers are trying to keep up with the stock and helping members on the floor while some MSS is screaming for us to do more more more. Yesterday I had four members at once needing help. But we certainly do not deserve a raise. What a joke. The radio traffic is horrendous, people wanting their breaks at the door, at gas, TBc not answering their radio calls. Insane.
I work freezer cooler in my club and that's how it's been forever. Way before Covid-19 hit. Plus the kicker they have one person working evenings and he only works 3 days, and refuses to work the freezer. So it's nothing to walk into 12+ pallets, plus have to work freezer and also be expected to work the cooler. Oh....and drop and work TP and water since those are by our area. I don't complain anymore. It goes nowhere. I just do what I do. I get done what I get done, and stop caring.
BS they are cutting hours but there’s not enough associates on the floor. And some managers is just inside the office doing nothing burning the chair with the favorite associate.
I know it is total BS. I got talked to by the GM for being 10minutes overtime lol and I am a team leader.
I think it's their revenge on all those that called in so many times before Oct 1st.
