Somehow we can get a million Workplace videos on Teaming from the Transformation Office, but no updates on the status and progress for selections? Since we’re into Feedback, I’d say this sh!tshow “needs improvement”.

Calls were just made yesterday and Monday. Offers have to go out, they have to be accepted. People have until Friday. It will take a weekend to process. Once we have an idea of who accepts and who is left standing, then there will be updates.
If Chevron was a sh!t company, then yeah you'd get your updates every hour, but they are taking their time to make sure there aren't any loose ends. If you don't like this, go work for a smaller company, simple.
