Christmas is coming tis the season of goodwill lets all show our appreciation to our excellent management team and work every other week for free without pay these are unpresidented times what with Covid 19 and the subsequent kefufel caused if we all pull together and put our greed to One side we can hopefully pull through and survive
Then maybe we can all agree to Zero hours contracts in 2021 all these measures could generate extra revenue to allow NOV to employ more managers.

Think they will be receptive to this what with Xmas coming up.
It will be our way to make the sacrifices they have made to allow us to work for NOV.
