About the same thing as "Checked out".

Essentially. I mean, it is just like all these kids in school Zoom meetings.
They CHECK IN and turn off the camera and then CHECK OUT.

No I don’t care about Cisco, but I do care about my FRIENDS still at Cisco, hence my periodic look at this site.

It’s attitudes like yours that makes me glad I’m gone. Thanks for reminding what I will not miss - jerks like you

Enjoy your upcoming LR....... iilii

Your (sic) don’t care what happens to Cisco yet you’re here. Move on with your life.

It's helpful when ex-Cisco employees share their experiences for those who haven't (yet) been through this annual LR (workforce reduction) process. Many people have watched others go, but have no idea how the exit process works.

At this point, I only care about how Cisco's stock performs so that I can liquidate the remaining stocks I have at a profit.

They were good at the start when we were all trying to deal with Covid.

After the Mr Floyd k–ling, it became a hate white people fest and completely focused on all the things wrong with our country. Very pathetic and I stopped attending. Took the CEP and couldn’t care less what happens to Cisco, with the exception that I hope the good team mates I worked with survive.

Watch the bread 🥖 throwing scene in the coliseum from the movie Gladiator. You’ll get it then.

It's the meeting that all the cum-guzzlers attend so they can fellate the ELT and hopefully have some sc-aps tossed to them.

The "check-ins" are company-wide meetings, that started during the early days of the Covid pandemic, where Chuck and the ELT do Q&A with doctors, company leaders and sometimes famous external speakers/athletes/musicians. They were held weekly at the beginning then moved to bi-weekly frequency.
