Keep working and don’t complain. Leave if it’s so terrible for you. Yes, companies get bought and sold, doesn’t mean you need to cry about it and not do your work.

It is sad but what the gentleman said is true however the CEO is kind enough to reward the high performers by giving them the package and he will make sure who is left they do not get fired
Now the low performers who ever they are managers who non managers they will get fired By the major company

To get bought, and therefore enrich the executives. They are smart enough to know they don’t have the business acumen to actually compete with others. So they have positioned the company to be bought. That’s how they’re going to make their millions and retire, by f—ing over employees. Instead of doing the hard thing and actually running a company for longevity.
