Hertz Global will be forever discussed in business classrooms from Community College to Harvard on how a terrible management culture can destroy an iconic brand. The Hertz cesspool of favoritism from HLE to AP operations and must we forget the filthy group in Estero??? The stock has been delisted, company in debt $20B, half of the employees on the soup lines, and Paul and his cronies are still devising ways to pay themselves a few more bucks. The smoke and mirrors of the coveted JD power award are beyond comical all while Hertz is devaluing the common stockholders equity thru another $1.5B in DIP financing. The professors will be publishing so many case studies in this 10 year cluster f*ck that every future student in America will know this sad story of ridiculousness. The end is near once Apollo gets its sharp talons on the remaining assets. COVID isn't going away for another 12+months, and even the airlines are defleeting until a real recovery is in play in 2023. Hertz is circling the toliet but the cases studies will live on in eternity.

The greed and power hungry execs have destroyed the company. Since the intro of MF as CEO every exec was in it for themsleves. Whta could they s— out of the company. More critical that the poor execs in charge look at the list of execs who left the company. Those who lweft were the ones we needed to stay those were the true leaders.
Post is so true! Hertz is now a Ponzi scheme for the banks. Some lender will get left empty handed. The shareholders all hold worthless stock now. HTZ is now trading on the pink sheets at 50 cents!!!! Liquidation to start in spring when the check bounces on the Apollo loan.
