Nothing on Kronos, but got an email stating that I have a new course in Talent Connection. It’s for new employee training and onboarding. Started and did all this five years ago when I started! What are they not telling me??? I’m shaken and concerned.

The new hire training was just removed. It was a mistake.
The amount of paranoia at this company is absurd, one minor error and an employee is ready to have a breakdown (pls note I’m not mocking you). This is truly a textbook toxic work environment
