Had anyone heard anything about fullfilmeny assoicates going up in pay in Jan. I know we are going up in orders and will be getting bigger but wonder if we will be going up in pah also. Not sure why the specialist ever got 16 dollars and hour when Fullfilment team only got 15 because we so work much harder than they do. We do a lot of lifting all day long and a lot go running. Not that I am not happy for 15 cause at least we got that and merchandise didn't get anything which isn't fair at all they deserve it also but I think we deserve more than a specialist does. Not sure about other stores but ours just stand there

Nobody needs to talk about more money until the rest of us get to $15. The fact that we havent yet is disgraceful
How many people do y’all have working in your fulfillment department ?? Our orders went up to 600 plus and we have only 7 people in our department.
Fulfillment is already overpaid at $15 an hour.
So far our specialist is only working exit door and nothing else don’t get me wrong they work hard our store is busy yesterday one specialist caught 194 dollars in unpaid merchandise from one member but I agree they shouldn’t be paid more then fulfillment or even merchandisers, I work In fulfillment and think merchandisers should get paid the 16 not specialist
