Why doesn't anybody want to talk about this? We were attracted to Nike because of the great benefits, but when we get to a place where we can take advantage of them; out the door you go! Too much vacation, to many sabbaticals, total cost of employment too high. Get the F*&% out so we can replace you with a flexible workforce! INSOURCING.
