Did anyone really expect anything off this current plant manager, coming to work during a world pandemic every day, they...he won’t care care about any of the shop floor workers, or any member of staff realistically, so just carry on doing what the shop floor do best, do as little as possible and get at least 2 weeks sick a year in

The Union and the management are useless basically not fit for their purpose.
I propose to any employee that would like a Turkey this Xmas that they cancel their Unite monthly Union payments and use that money to buy a Turkey

Yes we are very hard up, when You TURKEYS took reduction on shift allowance by 7%, and no pay rise in a while. NO DOUBT ALL THE SHINY’s WILL get a good bonuses.

Only turkeys in Greengate are you, the employees. NOV in no way value employees and wouldn’t spend the money on turkeys for you lot, or vouchers. Ask the senior team where they are all going for a Christmas celebration paid for by NOV to thank them all for their great efforts this year!
