Any employee NOT certifying the COBC?

Any employee out there electing to not sign the Annual COBC Certification? Does anyone know the consequences of an employee not certifying? I don't see the ELT abiding by the COBC guidelines, why should I sign it?

If you read the COBC or did the training you should know that retribution is also against the code. There are specific places to report unethical behavior. If you were a sane employee, you’d know this, so I’m now thinking you’re just a whacko troll.

Yes, yes, yes. Exactly.
You whining piece of hogges tourd - if you think some exec is breaking the COBC, you are OBLIGED to report it.

It's mandatory. You can be fired for not signing it.

Feel free to report any COBC violations you see the ELT making. If you sign the COBC, you're agreeing to report any violations you see and if you don't report them, you're in violation yourself.

@1jpu+17N1ZNwv, report to you. If you report to me, I will show you what a useless overhead you are.

Employment at Cisco is not a prison sentence. If you're bitter to the point of putting up a fight about signing Cisco's COBC then just leave. If you don't agree with the terms, go elsewhere. Nobody is going to force you to stay you know. Actually, if you were reporting to me I'd be pretty happy to see you go.
