For those who stayed, they have altered the compensation, and given everyone the same title. It is easier to change the name that train and enforce certifications.

A couple of IC3's who were underperforming were let go in VK's org. Heavy layoffs in India CE Strategic Accounts team under Sushmith. I heard his entire org of 26 including him are axed. Not sure who else is impacted.
