What is Allstate offering for people mental health! This is really affecting a lot of workers I know and I can’t see how a company can be so insensitive to only mental health but the issues we are are dealing with concerning the pandemic! Allstate took in new employees this year only to lay them off months later. How does that work?!

You witnessing what occurs when a psychopath is let in charge destroy it all. Does anyone have any balls? Directors? to salvage this damage. It really feels like corporate espionage on a grand scale. If you think customers will wait for 3 hours with 800 calls pending well buckle up.
There’s the EAP program and mental health benefits under the medical plan, as well as short term disability like someone else recommended. There’s also the Whil program and Gympass.
Yes, this s—s and it is disheartening, but you need to take care of yourself. Use the resources available from Allstate or within your community.

It’s called short term disability. Go to a mental health doctor and get evaluated.
