its 2020 no one has a clue. They would not have started backfilling positions a month ago just to start laying people off. its cost the company time and money to recruit people they are watching every penny. THIS IS FAKE NEWS.
You don’t have to troll to figure out Verizon will be making some staffing changes at the retail store level very soon. It will more then likely come after holiday season though. There are a lot of stores with less headcount and I can clearly see this will be an issue over the next several weeks. Basically they will just manage with what they have and reps will be miserable all season long. The 4th quarter will be huge with big beautiful numbers . Ha!

Lead reps and key holders along with 2 managers based in a store is come and has rolled out at many locations. It is coming and has been rolling out for over a year.
if stores where not hemorrhaging reps and they just backfilled a bunch of gm and sm roles i could see this.
What stores don't only have two SM's only?
