Important clarification for people who read this board: Previous poster means software and calibration development in PD and not IT. Lol!
Given our future product mix, transitioning from ICE to xHEV and BEVs, this will be inevitably. The growth will be in calibration and software development to accommodate the changing product mix. I don't see that it will be on the time table on the topic post. There is too much to still work though.
I heard the same, but it may not apply to all the departments within PD.
