Perhaps the anxiety and sanity of remaining Crown employees could be alleviated & restored if some of the EMT came out of hiding to have a company conversation like we used to have quite regularly before they went into self-preservation mode. Not some hokey video without a Q&A either. Take some truth serum and have an honest conversation, tell us what the plan is going forward and perhaps restore some of our faith in the leadership team and the future. I know it's not likely to happen anytime soon as they only listen to the level of management directly below them who tells them there are no issues. EMT has their collective heads in the sand and does not have their fingers on the pulse of the actual working employees. We are doomed.
