My supervisors and manAgers are keep on hiring but no one last long. Well first of all Sams Club, if your treat your associate right, equal and trained them they may stay longer. It’s not right the specialist get pay $16, cashiers for $15 and Merchandise only get $12 and maintenance $11. Then most of the position is only part time without benefits. Then some (but not all) of the managers and supervisors are freaking lazy seating down in the office doing nothing but to eat there. Or always going outside to smoke.

Hope our club gets some new cashiers soon, and not just because of the holidays. Pretty much all of our cashiers and MSL's are on their second and third coachings because of the new accountability and will soon be gone.
Merchandiser gets 11$ at my club
I worked the floor all day, total of 7 hours today. It looked like c-ap when I came in, only got two areas zoned. It is difficult to zone when you are being stopped every five minutes to help a member. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to assist, however I think merchandisers are worth more money...at least 15.00 an hour like the cashiers.
They are deliberately keeping the Clubs shorthanded and understaffed so everyone has to work harder and faster. The Club still looks like c-ap everyday. It's embarrassing. And yes, the pay scale is completely off. The ONLY people getting paid well are the Team Leads but they don't do anything.
